In theory, yes...: ...but very rarely. Infertility in men due to these STDs results primarily because of long delayed treatment despite obvious symptoms, and only after the complication called epididymitis. Ir rarely after prolonged urethral infection, scarring and blocking it. If you haven't had blocked urine flow or severe pain and swelling of both testicles, there is little chance of infertility.
