Itchy blisters : If blisters are frequent, with burning and have history of Herpes, it can reactivate. If itching is the primary symptom , blisters appear after itching, it could be eczema. If one has celiac disease and gluten sensitivity, dermatitis herpetiformis. Can be the cause. Please go to your doctor for diagnosis and treatment. I hope it helps.
