Lifestyle changes: Fatigue after a meal, means that that specific meal may have been too heavy. Heavy meals filled with fat and dairy can cause constipation. Try increasing intake of fiber filled vegetables, fruits and lean meats/fish with no heavy sauces. Try to limit portions sizes and eat more frequently instead of fewer but larger meals. Drink 3.5 liters of water daily.
