You need an echo: An echocardiogram will diagnose the problem; a cardivascular MRI will confirm it and show how severe it is. Sometimes, a cardiac catheterization is needed to provide adequate detail. The latter will also show whether or not the enlarged rv is due to the anomalous vein rather than to sleep apnea.
