Yes: It is OK to drink it every day. Ginger is very healing- see https://www.organicfacts.net/health-benefits/herbs-and-spices/ginger.html I advise raw honey, which is healthier than pasteurized. Try to limit the amount of honey to no more than 2 tbsp a day as too much sugar is not so healthy (though honey is much healthier than cane sugar).
