Hydration: There are reports of some of these contributing some health benefits. There is no great evidence for this. Drinking 6-8 glasses of water a day is good for you and if these ingredients help you do this, that is wonderful.

...moderation...: No advantage. The general rule for Good Health is 'every healthy food or practice in moderation'. Each of the items mentioned is healthful but not to the exclusion of balanced diet of Carbohydrates-Fats-Proteins + The Essential Vitamins, Vegetables and appropriate Supplements for ones Age and Sex.
