Hard to tell: This is not something we would be able to tell you without an exam. Small lumps like this can be either cysts or lymph nodes. In either case if they are small, mobile and not painful then they are probably benign. However, you need to see a doctor and have them examined to be sure. If the doctor does not feel that they are benign then they can get a biopsy to make sure.
