I recently had a heart attack with one stent. apparently no heart damage. i am on five drugs. previous to the heart attack and now i have pain in right kidney area and right testicle. pain gradually away. blocked arteries or something else?

Suggest you notify your regular doctors, and consider urology consult. A urinalysis, and some kidney studies might be a good start.
