Avoid this : Glutathione has not been tested in breastfeeding mothers, so better to avoid it. It is know that glutathione at high doses causes stomach cramps, bloating, skin rashes and rarely difficulty breathing. It would be better to take in more natural glutathione by eating a diet rich in broccoli, cauliflower, brussels sprouts, bok choy, garlic, onions, nuts, eggs, legumes, flaxseed, whey and milk thistle

Do NOT take it.: Glutathione is the major free radical scavenger in the central nervous system, but does not cross into the brain when taking it orally. Likely has no significant benefit systemically, and can be found in foods. Why waste money on a product which is likely of no benefit and could be harmful in breast milk?
