Yelling: It sounds like this has affected you quite a bit. It is VERY HELPFUL and MATURE that you realize this and have insight on what causes you to react, since many people do not have this insight. This allows you to control your responses. Taking slow deep breaths when in (or going into) these situations can be very helpful to calm yourself. Sometimes, we need to see a counselor for other help.
