Paresthesia w/ bend: Pins and needles is paresthesia . May be due to disc herniation in the neck pressing on the nerve w/ bending or nerve compression at the shoulder level ( brachial plexus)-thoracic outlet . F/U w/ neurology cervical MRI notes disc, CXR will note chest mass pressing nerve. Rarely may be MS or other autoimmune . cerebral issue.
