Exam needed: Yes, get checked by a physician as infection in this area of the face, so close to the brain & cavernous sinus, can be every serious. However it probably is an allergic reaction to something that came in contact with your face rather than an infection. I'm not a fan of applying caiadryl to the skin, !et alone the face. By all means get a proper diagnosis & appropriate treatment as soon as possibl
