Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. Hypertonic pelvic floor is not a medical entity. It would be prudent to see a doctor, preferably a urologist. Alcohol is a poison that never did anybody any good, ever, so stay away from it. Wish you good health!
