Continue feeding: Continue to nurse, and if the symptoms persist, discuss Pedialyte clear solution for 24 hours, if formula fed. If nursing, continue to nurse. Keep the baby well hydrated and watch for fewer wet diapers as a sign of dehydration. Provide rice cereal, bananas and reduce cheese. Provide a baby yogurt daily as a probiotic. The symptoms are not likely related to the vaccination. For fever 101 -M.D.
