Pedialyte: Most of children with gastroenteritis (vomiting+diarrhea) have a viral cause and do not need antibiotics and they get better on their own. If the vomiting stopped, keep feeding him as usual, but add pedialyte or similar to keep him hydrated. If he is acting himself, has plenty of saliva and is keeping his diaper wet you do not need to take him to the doctor right away, but if he worsens you should
