Basics: If they gain weight at the expected rate they are getting enough. Regular well baby visits check for this as well as other factors. If you don't think baby is gaining have it seen.

Hunger/growth: Maintain a log of the growth charts and discuss the percentiles during a virtual consult and with your pediatrician. Continue feedings and offer feeds every three hours. If the baby seems hungry post feed, offer additional formula/nursing time.

Simple rules: Infant of your baby's age is expected to sleep three hours or more after feeding, and is expected to make 5 or more wet diapers a day when fed proper amount. Your infant's doctor will check growth parameters, weight, height and head circumference, on regular check-up.
