Yes: If your baby is always taking 4 oz and still acts hungry, go up by 1/2 oz. And see how she does. If she isn't spitting up, but still acts hungry, you can gradually increase each feeding. Don't rush right up to a full 8 oz, but see how she does. Your baby will let you know what she needs.
