Vomiting : This requires more information to address. Is there gastritis, gallbladder disease, obstruction, general health issue like a virus, kidney disease, acidosis, liver disease?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. Drink enough water and juice to keep your urine mostly colorless, Take imodium and if that does not help it would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you good health!
