Yes: Tooth decay is a significant health risk. If the baby teeth are lost the spacing for adult teeth will change. Other health risks are also amplified. Please see a pediatric dentist as soon as possible. Restoration can help move the kid into a better state.

Concerned, yes.: Although the primary teeth will eventually be lost, they provide an important function in eating, speech development, and guidance for the eruption of the secondary teeth. Take your child to a pediatric dentist for an evaluation and restorations, learn how to brush/clean their teeth for them, and stop any nighttime bottles if they are being given.

Yes: Tooth decay is an infection, and can spread rapidly in. small children. Your child needs immediate care. Please contact a pediatric dental specialist, a Pedodontist for appropriate care. Your child should have been under a Dentist's care since 1st b'day. You will have to have cavities fixed, make significant changes in diet and oral hygiene, and best practitioner to help you is Pedodontist
