Good day im 24 years old my problem is during my periods i suffer severe period pain and my tummy is soo big im dieting and doing exercises but nothing change i never had a child or sex ,im just worried if its not endometriosis thank you?

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see a doctor. Your doctor can prescribe medication that can limit your periods to once a year. Wish you good health!
