Circadian rhythm: If you are sleeping at different times regularly, your body cannot establish a ‘normal’ circadian rhythm of wake time and sleep time. Certain hormones are only released during restful sleep, and you may not be getting any. If possible go to sleep and get up at same time each day, allowing roughly 8 hours for sleep. Bedroom dark, cool, and quiet. Melatonin may help develop thus rhythm.
