Aspirin overdose: Hi Lucky, Med lemon is a medication that contains 800mg of aspirin, 50mg of caffeine and other ingredients. Golden syrup contains high quantities of sugar and lemon. It is not surprising that you are not feeling well. Too much Aspirin may lead to rapid breathing/ rapid heart rate due to thinning of the blood and nausea/ vomiting due to the irritation of the stomach. Don't take any more for 24 hrs.
