Asthma medications: If you have asthma, it is important to review your asthma medication list with your doctor. Albuterol inhalers are generally used to open the airway and small doses of inhaled steroids can be used to control inflammation. Lemon juice is not used to relieve the symptoms of asthma, but if you are able to drink it and feel better, it should be fine.

No lemons 4 asthma: Hi eblackman9, lemon juice is not recognized to treat asthma. In fact, there are very few "natural substances" that can. Putting aside 'placebo effect', asthma needs prevention, treatment and follow up. Avoid pollens and fumes, pretreat before exercise, treat your allergies, use your medications as prescribed, and see your doctor regularly.
