I was spray painting indoors now my chest burns a bit. should i go to the er ?

Chest burning : More information is needed. Do you think you inhaled the fumes? You can have bronchial chemical irritation from the fumes. Do you have difficulties breathing, palpitations, dizziness, changes in thinking -if yes go to the ER? The higher the exposure the worse the effects. Sometimes it can cause effects on the heart, and brain. See a doctor
