Cracker under tongue: Are you sure? If there is a cracker- it should soften with water. Consider allowing water to remain under your tongue so that the cracker can soak it in and soften.

Piece of cracker: If it is a piece of cracker it should soften and disappear on its one. If it doesn't, it probably is something else. So if it doesn't disappear shortly, see your Dentist or an Oral Surgeon.
