One possibility: A pitfall that may occur when a young man is being examined is that the large volume of prostatic fluid may fool the examiner. Both this and prostatic hyperplasia (an old man's concern) produce a symmetrically enlarged prostate. If you'd gone for a few days without masturbating, this is the likely explanation. Congratulations too on saving yourself for that one special girl -- excellent move!
