Not advisable: Missing HIV treatment risks virus mutiplying which is not good with respects to infecting sexual partners, but otherwise probably will not personally affect your life. Suggest you find way to be obsessive compulsive about taking daily medication. Try putting medication on pillow in every am & next to bed at night. Advise partner to use condom protection for couple of weeks.
