I usually eat once a day. when you eat less and eat less fiber specifically, is it normal for your poop to be on the thinner/skinny side? not pencil thin whatsoever, but its not huge either?

Nothing specific: If you would like a normal daily BM - then it would be best to eat routine schedule of meals - such as 3 meals per day or 5 to 6 meals of smaller sizes
