Parasitic infection: It is possible that these symptoms are related to a parasitic infection that the Vermox is clearing. Make sure she is taking in 100-300ml of rehydration solution every hour and that she eats only light nutrition until this passes (bananas, rice, applesauce, toast/crackers). Have her start taking a probiotic supplement for a minimum of 5 days.
