My wife took vermox 500mg and soon after started having severe abdominal pain and cramps, diarrhoea and vomiting. it has been going for several hours now. what can we do?

Parasitic infection: It is possible that these symptoms are related to a parasitic infection that the Vermox is clearing. Make sure she is taking in 100-300ml of rehydration solution every hour and that she eats only light nutrition until this passes (bananas, rice, applesauce, toast/crackers). Have her start taking a probiotic supplement for a minimum of 5 days.
