Pearly penile papule: Pearly penile papules (PPP) are common, benign lesions that appear on the corona of the glans penis during adolescence or early adulthood. In sexually active males, they must be examined in person in order to rule out STD's that may present with similar appearing lesions. PPP typically regress and disappear as the person ages. Rarely, removal is done with cryotherapy or laser ablation.
