COVID 19: Make sure to quarantine. Rest, hydration, acetaminophen, decongestant, cough med & nasal saline irrigation may help mild symptoms. If NSAIDS are used consider Naprosyn. Get emergency care for difficulty breathing, blue lips or face, significant & persistent chest pain or new-onset of confusion.

Bronchospasm: One possible condition is bronchospasm, and Albuterol inhaler may be indicated. If he or family members have asthma, he is more prone to have bronchospasm with viral illnesses, including COVID 19. Avoid smoke. Observe for shortness of breath, see urgent care if this occurs. A Chest Image is recommended if worse.
