Possibly: Plan B contains high concentrations of two hormones that interfere with the implantation of a fertilized egg. As long as you take the pill within 24 hours, your risk of pregnancy goes down to 7%. If you do not take the pills for more than 48 hours the risk of pregnancy goes up to 25%. Remember that Plan B is a backup. You should be using some other form of birth control regularly.
