My testicle has felt off for a few years now. its facing down& abnormally unsymmetrical like it use to& i cant close my legs without crushing it. the left side of my scrotal sack is empty and i cant feel the top of the left teste at all! mild pain?

Testicular symptoms: Would recommend going in to urologist for evaluation. You need a professional assessment to see what is going on, what happened to the other testicle, any risk of twisting/torsion of the testicle (a medical emergency), and an opinion for sperm production or possible problem if you wish to have children in the future. They may recommend an ultrasound test.
