Painless hematuria: A STANDARD MESSAGE FOR THE CAUSES OF PAINLESS BLEEDING IN URINE: 1. TUMOR, 2. TUBERCULOSIS, 3. PRIOR TRAUMA, as most frequent reasons. See your doctor and uncover etiology.

Painless hematuria: Has to be investigated thoroughly and starting with your primary care doc would be best. If established with urology, reconnecting with them would be best.
