No: This won't affect your growth; if it did, there'd be few men who grow to their genetic potential. You're not going to be a tall guy, but there's no reason you can't be lean and muscular which is a lot better. Hit the gym hard, learn from the other guys, and consider creatine supplementation for mass. If dad is a reasonable guy, talk with him about your developing body. Good luck.
