Dog saliva got into my open wound, after a day or two i experienced headache, fatigue, and diarrhea but now i have no symptoms. also, my wound didnt show any signs of infection. is it safe to say i dont have capnocytophaga?

No concern now : Sounds like your wound is healing well , no fever and no oozing or redness . Bacteria mentioned is rare and if involved symptoms would develop in 2-5 days .Keep would clean and check with doctor . Make sure you don’t have other condition. Keep Tetanus booster up to date .
