My son of age 4 is still soiling his pants and he wont say that he needs to go to the bathroom. what can i do to help him as his brothers are mocking him and that i feel will have a negative impact in his life, please help?

Not uncommon: Soiling can be associated with voluntarily or involuntarily holding back bowel movement or constipation & loose stool passing around stool plug. Might be supressing feelings of rectal fullness. ?Possibility of deelopmental delay. Worth trying to toilet 15 - 20 mins after each meal & let him sit for 10 - 15 mins. Could benefit from MiarLax on daily basis to promote adequate stool emptying.
