Can be normal: Mild vaginal odor is normal & can vary in intensity during menstrual cycle. Bacterial vaginosis is common & usually caused by beneficial vaginal bacteria. Also due to increased sweat & after sex. Trichomonas, STD can cause malodor & otherwise be symptom free. Retained/forgotton tampon cause severe malodor & immediately resolves after removal. Vaginal douches not recommended & can be harmful
