normal issue: Dry shaving and even wet shaving can cause this. The hair follicles are growing back and it is itchy and bumpy. Use shaving cream and consider sarna lotion over the counter. It stops the itching and scratching that make it worse.

Yes: First you need to be in stable long term relationship. Second u need to make sure there is no underlying pain syndrome this is arising from. Use lubricants, foreplay, positions where u are in control of penetration until things become more comfortable.

Should not happen: It is not normal to be getting vaginal tears. If you are then you need to be seen by an Obgyn to determine what is going on. Severe vaginal dryness, genital herpes, severe yeast, lichen sclerosis and a lichen simplex chronicus are a few of the possible causes.
