Not in breastfeeding: Lonart is an antimalarial drug that should not be used in pregnancy or during breastfeeding. It is advisable for infants to breastfeed for a full year to provide the best start for their development. If the mother has already stopped breastfeeding, she can take Lonart. If not, wait until the baby is 12 months old.
