Its hard to find a doctor who cares in fl i passed out while driving my blood pressure is all over the place between 78/55 to 125/108 but they dont seem to want to find the cause. i had to push for a echo that i wont receive for a month?

History & exam first: If you passed out and your blood pressure is variable as you describe, a detailed history and exam should come first. If the history suggests possible structural heart problem, an echo would be valuable. Unfortunately an echo alone may not be helpful and may be the wrong way to approach the problem. A general physician is the person you need initially. No expensive testing before a history please.

Make sure you are : well hydrated and a tilt table test is useful . Avoid medications that lower BP is you don't have hypertension.
