A member asked:

What would be the best option for sebhoric dermatitis? besides a dermatologist?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

For seborrhea : In general, medications used to treat seborrhea include medium potency corticosteroid cream. The over-the-counter cream is usually 1% hydrocortisone which is low potency. The other agent that is used would be an antifungal cream. The best option is usually a prescription like ketoconazole. There are over-the-counter antifungal creams that can be tried but their potency may not be as effective
