Every few months my hemoglobin drops from normal to life threatening lows in minutes(last being 3.9). i get cold,shake,muscle and joint pain especially in legs.been to the hospital many times needing transfusions. done lots of tests but no answer?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. If examination by doctors who gave you transfusions has not resolved the matter, it is not possible to do it in this forum. Wish you good health!

Hi there, for the last two weeks have been tired weak and dizzy. Had some blood tests done and my irony profile is low but my haemoglobin is perfect. The past few days have been getting muscle aches in my legs and pns and needles in my arms.
I have a anxiety disorder and when I feel I need to get out of somewhere urgently my right leg will violently shake if I'm sat and also have a muscle spasm sort of thing is this related to anxiety or could it be unrelated issue?
