What to do if you are experiencing pain 3 weeks after the extraction of upper left molar? have had painkillers and used antibiotic rinse for all 3 weeks and also had oral antibiotics for the first 2 weeks. the surgeon says he can't see a dry socket?

Extraction Pain: After 3 weeks dry socket should not be an issue. Maxillary posterior roots are usually close to the sinus... your sinuses may be inflamed. But your surgeon should already know that.

Unremitting pain: Perhaps a CBCT would be of help. Sometimes a new set of eyes can be helpful.
