Exposure: Just being in proximity with someone who is Covid-19 positive does automatically mean that you are infected. If someone has antibodies it mans that they were exposed at some point in. time but are at present probably not contagious. Call your GP for guidance, or go get tested yourself.

COVID 19: If the person was shown to have COVID 19 antibodies on a serology test- it would be unlikely that they could transmit COVID 19 virus to you. The reason is that it takes weeks for antibodies to build up and the active infection has usually resolved.

See below: Covid-19: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/index.html Contact your doctor/local hospital, by phone for evaluation and testing in your area. Wear a mask, stay away from others, practice hand hygiene. If you develop breathing difficulty, go to the nearest hospital, immediately. Get Covid vaccine. Wish you good health.
