It can: Milk, milk products, iron-containing products, or antacids containing calcium, magnesium, and aluminum consumed 1 hr before or 2 hrs after taking taking Fluconazole (Diflucan®) will bind the drug and prevent you from absorbing as much so it may be less effective. This is especially true for a single dose which is how it is often prescribed for yeast infections and other similar fungal infections.
