See your OB Dr.: Persistent hip pain radiating to the back in early pregnancy can indicate a variety of causes. Stretching of the round ligament is the most common cause, but since your pain is radiating to your back it could also indicate something more serious such as a kidney stone or even an ectopic pregnancy. See your OB Dr ASAP for a thorough evaluation and imaging.
