Good morning doctors! i'm 60 y.o. in august, 2019 my prolactin was 22.2. last week it was 11.6--half of the original. what may have caused this change? in what looks to me in the right direction?

Prolactin : Varying levels of prolactin may be partly explainable by fasting, no fasting, different lab techniques, stress. Yours was only borderline high in August of 2019 and now is within normal range(under 20). An endocrinologist could answer your question best, however.
