Irregular periods: Irregular menstrual periods are common. The fluctuations of estrogen and progesterone can be easily affected by pregnancy, stress, weight gain/loss, thyroid problems, and uterine issues such as adenomyosis or fibroids. Talk to your Dr about your irregular periods and what testing can be done to determine the cause.
