Menopause: Most likely you're menopausal, but an occasional period is still possible. Checking blood FSH and LH levels can be diagnostic. As well as consistently high FSH levels, symptoms of hot flashes and vaginal dryness are common symptoms of full menopause. Your gynecologist can advise you further.
